Founded on Nova Scotia’s South Shore in 1753, Lunenburg has always been defined by its relationship to the sea. Located only one hour outside of Halifax, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is famous for its unique architecture, storied shipbuilding tradition and the important role it played in the offshore banks fishery. Fleur De Sel is heavily influenced by this seafaring tradition.
