Fleur de Sel Restaurant offers an innovative interpretation of traditional French cuisine. Enjoy our Monkfish Tail served with spinach, oyster mushrooms, olive oil hollandaise and a ginger chicken jus. Taste our starter Scallop Pasta with pan seared scallops, and Spanish Angel Hair 'Pates Calamares, with a basil emulsion. Or, choose our Grilled Rib Eye with sautéed green beans and potato Crème Brulee. And of course, we offer Butter Poached Maritime Lobster served with drawn butter, fresh greens, and potato. Fleur de Sel has become renowned for its weekly Sunday Brunch.
